I replaced most external bits on this already. It does have a scratch or two here and there, but it's in excellent condition.
I used this beside the TV to stream with. It never left the house after I bought it... that is what my netbook are for.

This is an excellent choice for those who want a small laptop, but cant use a netbook because they need a media drive. This is just under 5lb, but it's full featured. Not only better because of the DVD burner, but it's a full Core 2 Duo T5600. This is no slouch.

I still use an XPS M1210 as a traveler.
I have two of these, my other one has the big video card. The big video card is good for light gaming... very light. Anymore it's not much of an advantage.

I'm going on an on.
Google XPS M1210 and find one without the goofy camera. Mine looks like it, only better.
