I bought this card from a [H]ard member last month, it was a new card from a RMA. I used it for about 2 weeks, and haven't turned on my PC sense.
As the title states, the card has a water block installed, along with a back plate. I also have the stock cooler, which is included. I registered the card on XFX's website, with no issues.
