is this like 3770k? i never knew the difference between a Xeon and i7

These don't seem to have any onboard video; is that correct?
May be a good match for a older P67 board I have......gotta check to see if the BIOS supports it.
Edit: Looking for anything in full or partial trade?
 
I have one of these and it's pretty good. Low power and temps. I use it as blu ray ripping and plex transcoding machine.
