just a question, are you allowed to sell modded systems?

From what I'm aware of, if you're selling a modded system - it can't be flashed with a bios.. correct?

because I have one I was thinking of selling, but never posted it because of my concern regarding this issue

As long as it's flashed with the legal cromwell bios your fine ;)
 
No modchip is installed. I was going to add a modchip then negotiate a price. Since I need money now Im selling the system as noted without the modchip. Sorry for the confusion.

Everything on list w/out mod for $170...
 
This is only for the whole set. I cant do anything with games I cannot play. I just got offered $185 by buickbeast and so far he is the highest bidder. This is sold tommorow if no1 outbids him.
