This solved my problem, indirectly. Though Windows update said I was up to date, the upgrade tool found at that link forced a big update, and using the upgrade to Pro link under Activation worked fine.

I bought a Win 7 Pro key from you already, but I just installed a different mobo and cpu and now my licensed Windows 10 Pro will not activate due to the hardware change.

Do you have a license key that I can use to activate Windows 10 Pro again, or what do I need to do to get it activated again?

I believe that once you use the keys for Windows 10 it permanently ties it to the motherboard...unlike 7 where you can keep migrating them around every ~180 days. So, I think you'll need another key for this...hit me up if you're interested.
 
I replaced my motherboard and needed to activate again. I called MS and they reset it for me ;)
