She was working in my a64 system until I decided it was getting a bit "out of date" for me and upgraded to my asus k8v se dlx. When I removed it I accidentally popped a capacitor of some sort off.. it needs soldered on - I can show you exactly where it goes and it should be fairly easy for anyone to do. The NB heatsink had one of its springs pop off when I took it out also, I can put some as thermal adhesive on upon request. (please note that its permanent). This MB comes with all the fix-ins except the box - SATA cables, ATA Cable, Floppy Cable, Driver's Disk, Manual, I/O Shield, etc.
