The front screen is in perfect condition and the power button was just replaced a few months ago. It works perfect and has CyanogenMod 11 installed. The only imperfection with the phone is a slight scratch on the bottom corner of the camera glass (visible in the photo), but it is not in front of the lens so photos are unaffected.
It was originally an AT&T phone, but before I went to Germany I unlocked it and was using Congstar for a few months before returning to the US and signing up for T-Mobile. I am selling this phone only because I switched to Verizon.
