FS: Ubiquiti Networks Unifi 16 XG 10GbE Switch

crap.. if I wasn't in the process of selling our house and moving I would be all over this for my VMWare lab/home setup. Unfortunately it is all in storage for the time being.
 
What kind of speeds did you see when having multiple 10g nics? Any issues with the RJ45 10gbase-t ports? People seem to have experience less than stellar performance from the RJ45s?
 
Did you ever use the RJ45 ports at 10gbps? If so, which NICs?

Just picked up a couple of X540-t2 based cards so this would've been great, but seems there is a known issue between Intel NICs and this switch. Trying to figure out if there is a better set of affordable NICs that I could sub in for those adapters...

Nope. Mellanox Connect X-2 SFP+ NICs are an order of magnitude cheaper, so I went with those.
