You get a power cord and the remote. You will have to subscribe to the guide data service or this won't work. The unit itself works fine, I have zero use for it since going to a Ceton InfiniTV setup.

No warranty on this, you have 5 days to determine if it's DOA. No returns unless it's DOA. If it is DOA and you have to return it, I will refund the full purchase price as well as your return shipping costs (which you will have to provide proof of).
