Interesting piece of hardware. Not sure if it's tidewater or tide water so I'll put both in for serach term purposes . Keeps your video card nicely cooled at a reasonable noise level or silently at low fan speed.
It will ship out in the retail box with the manual and such, I think some mounting hardware may be missing. Some ceramique thermal paste will be thrown in to mount it with.

Note sure but I feel like when I packed it back up something was missing. I have a bunch of screws, bars, nuts, washers, and plastics spacers but I feel like it's not eveything thing it came with. It may all be there but if it isn't I didn't want anyone to be suprised.What kind of mounting hardware is missing?
