Thermaltake Core V31 w/ 1000W Gold Rated PSU

Both of these parts are in very good condition, used only a few times. I got them through CyberpowerPC in July. It's missing 4 PCI brackets and some HDD screws but has the motherboard screws and some additional fan screws. Only one 120mm fan is included. It should also be noted that the 5.25" bays are riveted, not sure why CyberpowerPC did that with this chassis. The PSU is an ATNG 1000W gold rated non-modular.

Just wondering and perhaps I'm missing it, but what is your zip code? Since you're mentioning basements, I'm guessing it isn't remotely close to me.
