I'm not sure how much interest there is in ancient server motherboards, but I've had this thing kicking around in a 4U rack case for the better part of 6 years and don't use it enough to warrant the space usage.
It has two 3.2 GHz single core Xeons with HT and 8 GB of ECC Registered DDR-266.
Just to note that neither the CPUs or the motherboard are 64 bit capable, so this limits you to either *nix or some version of Windows Server with PAE support to utilize all 8 GB of RAM. The sale is for the motherboard, CPUs, I/O plate and RAM only. Everything else seen in the video below is not included.
