I have the IE8's (very similar to IE80's), purchased them for $250+ 6 years ago, and have to say they're one of the best sets of IEMs I've ever tried in my life. At this price, they're a steal.

If you're grossed out about using a used IEM, just buy some new tips from ComplyFoam.com or one of the knockoff brands. You'll get much better audio quality that way anyway.

my shure's blew these away. thats why i want to get rid of them. yeah the tips that come w them are ok. its all about the foam pieces! thanks for the bump
