FYI I bought this CPU on 10/1 - he changed his mind but could not offer a refund. He did say he would pay me later. After I filed a dispute (I told him that I would do this just to protect myself - nothing personal) I received my money a few days later (10/7). He was very communicative the entire time and a nice person - but I feel this is relevant for the community. Thanks and GLWS.

Thanks for posting that up.

Yeah my PayPal is shot. Not messing with it anymore. Just gave me another problem. Gonna use Venmo or cash app from now on.

I just sent money to the seller through PayPal's goods and services option, which typically offers buyer protection. However, the seller then asked if I could send the money through a "non-disputable" platform like Venmo or Cash App instead. This raised a red flag for me, as those platforms often lack the same level of buyer protection. After that, the seller refunded my money. I urge any buyer to proceed with more caution.

I opened up a new PayPal if you guys are still interested in the CPU. Just hit me up. Thanks!
