FS: RAM PC100 and PC133

Below are never installed, never used 128MB, 168 PIN SDRAM chips I'm selling in pairs. These were sitting on a shelf at work still in the original plastic shipping platter which were going to be thrown out because they weren't needed. All are working. My Ebay feedback is below:

Is the Samsung 128MB PC100 64x2 or just 1 128mb?

Each individual chip is 128MB (16x64) , so each pair is 256MB. Here's what I got from ChipDig:
