Thats always an option,but if you chose your buyer wisely, there is little to no risk in shipping first.....and you avoid the ebay fees....
I just had a $400.00 video card shipped to me by a new seller.....I got the card, and then I sent the payment,,,,
but its not for everyone, some risk is always involved on both sides....
anyway, free bump for you and a kickass CPU..
