I received this Zune in a package deal for a trade I did for a Samsung monitor.
The screen has absolutely NO scratches, still in plastic wrap. Nothing appears to be opened. All accessories are included (earphones, Sync cable, software CD, felt case, etc). I am also going to throw in a clear silicon cover (not pictured) and a leather case (pictured).
As you can see, it is Pink, in MINT (if not totally new) condition, I do not think it was ever used. I turned it on just to see if it works.
