The tuners are worn [But still work perfectly.], but can easily be replaced by Locking Tuners. I changed the Bridge and Tailpiece with Gibson/Tonepros, so that will not be an issue. The frets are worn, but without a doubt still playable, if you're a picky and very avid player then you might consider a fret job.
The neck is VERY comfortable and thin, very smooth and well-balanced. The pickups are dirty sounding [as in Van Halen's Brown Sound dirty] and I think 'aggressive' blues is the way to describe what's best, but you be the judge.
I had it sent to the shop for a set-up, and most of you guitar players know the value of that right there.
- To avoid any discrepancy I will sell this as a "fixer-upper" simply because the guitar is not in pristine condition. But it is still valuable...obviously.
It's a beautiful guitar and the pictures honestly do not do it justice.
