MSI 980ti Gaming 6G
$150 shipped in the US. I'd be interested in working out a trade for a mid range Z390 board.

I ran the card with an NZXT G10 bracket and Corsair H55, I reinstalled and tested the stock cooler yesterday. The card is great for AIO (or aftermarket air) cooling because the midplate cools the memory and VRM and doesn't interfere other coolers. This also means you keep the backplate. I mined on it for week at reduced power to see what it could do during the mining craze and it was not worth it. I got a 1080ti the other day so I no longer need it.
