Yea it works fine, the programmable software on the cd doesnt work but they may have a new version out for xp now...
 
hmmm... that mobo might be worth it to fix (if it's simple)...

plz tell me this: if you look real close at the board, does it look like there is a coating of some sort that has been melted in a few areas?
 
you real sure about this? like the pcb color in some spots is a little bit different or something?
 
hmmm... that's usually what happens when a mobo gets fried...

any particular error message, or just won't boot to save a life?
