I've had this for a few years. It supports Freesync and I tested it with my GTX 1080 Ti and it also supports G-Sync too over DP. Included is the stand/screws, HDMI cable, power cord, and AC adapter. The screen is free of any blemishes and the backside has a few tiny scratches.
