I am the original owner. The iPad works flawlessly and the screen is pristine. The only reason not to call this "like new" is a small scuff on the upper right corner from a bump it took on a carpet. I have attached a magnified picture of it for the sake of disclosure, though in person it doesn't look as bad and you can't even see it while using the leather cover I am including. The leather cover itself was worth $70 new. It shows use, but still looks great and is in good condition, I'll throw it in with the purchase. The battery is still in great condition, as far as I can tell it works as well as the first day.
The only reason I am selling this is because I got a new rMBP and don't feel the need to have both devices. I looked here and in other forums and the last one sold like this one (with the AT&T LTE cellular connection) went for $400 without a cover. I'm asking $350 now because I would like to sell it quick before cyber-monday.
