Intel Xeon E5-2650 (x2) - $50 each
Intel Xeon E5-2690 v2 - $400

These have been tested in a Dell R720 and worked fine.

Can you do better than $50/ea for the E5-2650's? You can get them off fleabay under $40 right now.
