I bought two of these the other day when they were on sale to run them in RAID but decided against it. The drive is brand new and still sealed in the antistatic bag. These do come with a 2.5 to 3.5 adapter. Price is $110 shipped to the US only. Also just as an FYI you can cut windows 7 install down drastically. Mine is currently around 18 GB with office and frequently used programs installed.
