Up for sale is a Intel P4 2.6c 800MHz FSB, 512KB L2-Cache Northwood for $100 Shipped.

The prcessor have been used for about 1 year and still works great.
It is the retail version so you get the box, processor, heatsink, fan, and paper work.
Since this is a retail box you still have over 1 year of the warrenty though intel left.
I got the processor to do 3.4 stable at 1.6v on air. You might be able to go even higher.

does it to 3.25Ghz on default voltage?

b/c I might want to play with it in my shuttle for a higher FSB = more bandwidth. I think 3.4 at 1.6v would be pushing it with out turning th fan to 100%. I like to keep it quiet and 3.2Ghz seems to be pushing it already in there.
 
I don't think it will do 3.25 at default prob more like 1.55 or 1.575. I cannot remember what the highest I got it at stock voltage was, sorry.
 
it will prob do 3.25 on stock volts.. i had a 2.8 at 3.5 with stock volts... i cant believe its still here for 100 bucks.. nice deal makes me wanna go and get a mobo with some ddr to get this but im broke...
