I was running it at 4Ghz with HT 24/7. Will do 4.5Ghz for benching if you know what you are doing.
I am sure if you are on air cooling you would be in the 3.6-3.8ghz range, the vcore jump to 4+ requires water.
I have had this under water since day one on a feser quad and aquacomputer cuplex xt di. 100% load linx/prime is 70C under this setup.
