It is brand new and unopened. I realized I'm not going to have the budget I want to build a nice gaming rig so I'm selling the parts I already bought for it.

Whenever a picture of a CPU is posted, it's always nice to have one showing the batch # info. That's the one picture I would look at before anything else.
