i have several i3 530, 550 and 650 in average they will do 4.2-4.6Ghz, i'd say 4Ghz easy.
 
This guy is a scambag. Never sent my CPU. Stopped the communication. I PayPal disputes and won, but they couldn't recover the money.
 
that sucks, make sure to post terrible feedback on heatware (if you got from the seller) and notify mods here

Lame. I have his contact information from when I sold him something. If a mod wants that info, I'll give it in a PM.
