Pretty much a brand new Retail E6600 Chip. Purchased last week from TankGuys and only ran for about 2 hours after which my motherboard died after being on its last legs for a while. Chip is fine still, tested in a friend's system.

Never really got a chance to test the chip as I have no motherboard now and probably wont until Q3 when P35 has matured and Intel cuts prices again. Here are two links to what others are experiencing with "F" Batch chips:Please note that these experiences do not reflect this particular chip, as explained I did not have the opportunity to thoroughly test it and therefore I will only guarantee that it will operate as labeled and guaranteed by Intel.

 
I did alot of research on this steping before ordering one myself, should be here this week. Great results from everything I've seen. Thanks for the link to OCXtreme I hadn't read that one yet!

Edit : Might want to mention its an e6600, in the pic it may be a bit hard to read.
