I am selling this for a friend.

He just does not need this much power. So now he is selling this i7 990x Retail for 700 Shipped.
This chip was OCed to 4.5ghz 24/7 under water.

Would probably be better to have anyone on here Paypal YOU the funds, then you can gift/withdraw the money yourself and give to him. That's what I do at least.
