i7 920 D0 $170
will do 4.2ghz but requires more volts than I like(1.4v+), spent most of its life at 3.6-3.8ghz and only 1.268v. Also it was kept nice and cool under a TRUE Cu or H50 or Cogage Arrow.
Gigabyte EX58-UD5 $160
Includes backplate/triple SLI and crossfire connectors also includes the SPDIF in attachment which I did have to order separately. No cables provided. Though I do still have the case badge
Crucial 3x2gb Ballistx Tracer Blue $25
These sticks will do 1720mhz at 8-7-7-24 and 1.65v just fine.
