FS: HTPC parts (Opteron 146, ASUS A8N-E mobo, 2GB PC 3200 ram, etc)

I just upgraded my HTPC of 4 years, and have the following parts FS. I just disassembled them earlier this week, so other than a little dust, everything works perfectly (I have never overlock this CPU or the videocard). My priority is to sell these as a package, with the individual prices listed below. Make offer if you think the prices are too high. None of the parts come with boxes/instructions, with a few exceptions (see picture link below).

Shipping is extra, and I can take Paypal (gift) or Money Order. My heat is "Lastblade" (haven't used it in awhile), ebay handle is "OceanMistOdyssey" and have traded a ton of stuff on neo-geo.com (handle is Lastblade, here is my feedback).
