Athlon FX-51 Socket 940, Works great, retail and comes with stock heatsink. $260
Asus SK8N, retail, comes in original box with io shield, and pci bracket with optical and digital audio out. Works well though the bios is a pain to flash. Should still be under warrenty. $90
