Up for sale is a Japanese PlayStation Vita (with menus in any language) with ALL of the following:
Sword Art Online (Japanese) - hollow fragment comes with original game case and some codes (no idea for what).
Final Fantasy X (Japanese) - comes with original game case and some codes (again, no idea for what).
Monster radar (Japanese) - an AR game that uses GPS to catch monsters. Only contains maps for Japan.
Wipeout 2048 (English)
Persona 4 golden(English)
8GB memory stick

So I've been thinking of getting a Vita. This one will play all NA released games? Also does it connect to the NA PSN store?
 
Yes it'll use the store for the region your account is registered to.

Edit: misread your question. Yes it'll play games from both countries.

I have a laptop with good specs for a steal of a price, but only when this Vita bundle is sold /traded.
