Retailed for $1200 new. Have original documentation and carrying case as well as about $150-200 worth of cables to hook it up to pretty much anything (HDMI, vga, dvi, etc). Has an M1 to HDMI converter so you can plug in any source that uses HDMI (xbox 360, PS3, cable box, computer, etc), an M1 to VGA cable w/ USB for remote control of the projector with your computer, a DVI to HDMI cable for your computer if it uses a digital signal, an HDMI cable. This means you can hook it up to your cable box, your DVD player, your blu-ray player, your PS3, your desktop computer, your laptop, etc. etc. Super light weight in case you need it for business meetings but I used it as a home theater projector for about a year. Has around 3000 hours of use on it but the BRAND NEW, $150 BULB has less than a single hours worth of use on it. I only bought it so I could sell it in working condition. Asking $350 + shipping firm or trade for something of similar value.

keywords: home theater, projector, projecter, high definition, hi def, HD HDTV, surround, LCD, DLP, plasma xbox 360 ps3 laptop netbook

BUMP IF YOU LOOKED!

mini bump for looking, a quick two minute search would yield you that answer 450.

Native resolution: 1024x768

TTT. Finally decided to buy a new bulb for the thing, figured it would sell easier that way.

i dont mean to crap your thread but I'm just curious: if native res is 1024x768 how does it do 1080i? shouldn't that be the native res?

1080i=i=interlaced requires 540 lines on a screen at once then flickers to the next 540...
1080p=p=progressive requires 1080 lines on screen at once
768>720= it can even do 720p, it just can't output 1080p
That's my super-for-consumers-simple-salesman-explanation

a bit of info about lcd panels and scalers:

dont confuse what a scaler can accept/convert with what a panel can do

this projector outputs at 1024x768 - all day every day... that's a 4:3 resolution - just like an old school computer monitor

the scaler can accept almost any resolution - 480i/p 720p 1080i etc, then it converts that to the native [1024x768] and that is the image that you get thrown up on your screen...

so will it accept 1080i? yes...

will it output 1080i to your screen... no... no it sure wont...

Pretty sure that's only partly how it works because when you hook it up to a computer it doesn't say 1024x768 and there is a noticeable difference when changing the resolution on an xbox 360.. ? Regardless, I'll change the thread title as it is apparently misleading.

If I had the money I'd be all over it.

My eyes aren't good enough to care about all the crap people are ripping on you for anyway.

have you ever not run native on a lcd monitor? looks like crap dont it? that's cause panels are only ever intended to run 1 resolution

its the same mojo here - the reason things look different is cause your scaler is doing the best job it can in decoding what you are giving it and converting it to the native res of the output panel

im not saying its good or bad, i love my projector - im just saying that's what it's doing...

projectors dont output a multitude of resolutions unless they are the oldschool crt type - if you have a dlp or lcd chip projector, then it has an internal scaler and a native output resolution

Looks like a sweet deal, wish I had the extra cash :(.

Good luck with your sale :).
