I am looking for a Socket 775 mATX board for a HTPC setup, I would prefer one with built in HDMI, but it is not an absolute must.

I have a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS4 rev2.1 board I recently pulled out of my main PC when upgrading to my current i5-2500k rig. Asking $60 shipped or will trade for a socket 775 mATX board plus cash
