FS/FT: Game Server, Used for LAN Parties

After a few months of trusty service I have decided to sell my LAN Party gaming server. Everything is in working order, I am just working on building a new system and have no use for this one anymore. I am asking $350 (plus Shipping and Handling) or would be willing to trade for a 333/400 fsb compatible ShuttleX and CPU combo.

It's setup with Gentoo Linux and ready to run UT2k3, UT2k4, Counter-Strike and it has Samba installed.

Athlon XP 1700+
512 megs of PC2100 RAM
15 gig Hard Drive
ASUS A7V333 Motherboard
40X Samsung CD-Burner
300 watt power supply
I am including a DFI LANParty carrying strap with it as well.

Forgot to mention includes Dual 3COM 10/100 NICs (these are great nics)
