I'll be moving to AMD Zen 2 when they come out later this year. I'm running one of these i7 3770. Turbo overclocks great (4.1)
on my Z77 board. :)

I don't have a Z board but I do have the same CPU. I didn't think you were able to overclock them even if you did have a Z series board. Do you overclock the bus (since I think they are multiplier locked)?

It's a bios setting on my ASRock Z77 Extreme4. Can increase turbo on 1-4 cores.
