I'm selling this awesome projector because I got a new roommate who actually has the successor. The projector has no mechanical issues with it, I even bought a new bulb for it ( I will honor, and help handle warranty on my end if need be.) I'm also including the previous bulb which still has a bit of juice in it.. Amazon has them for $50.
Included in the price of the projector, I'm throwing in the remote, and all of the paper work.
I'm sure you have done your research on this projector, it's easily one of the very, very best.

Edit** The absolute most important thing I should state though, is that this projector is one of the lucky ones that has ZERO convergence issues.
