32MB RAM
32MB ROM (~5MB for user storage)
240x320 16-bit transflective LCD screen, no noticiable scratches. (there are scratches, but you have to look for them)
CF slot
SD card slot

Accessories included:
128MB SD card
Soft case with belt clip
110/240Volt Recharger
Sync cradle
Sync cable
Documentation

Note: It lacks the install CD, but you can download the sync software (ActiveSync) through Microsoft's website
