Well, very few people need/want 32GB of RAM. Good luck with sale.
 
You can always resell extra memory if you are not going to use it. Will be a sweet deal either way.
 
I also suggest you split the ram and sell the motherboard and cpu separately. It'll widen the market quite a bit. Also the ram is the most valuable part of the listing, probably worth more than the cpu and motherboard combined.
