The laptop is in great condition. I would rate 8/10. I'm only selling because I recently purchased 2 Nintendo DS for my family and need the funds. This is a great little laptop that is easy to carry around and to work with. This laptop is definitely not for gaming, unless you want to play older titles(Age of Empires 2 and Diablo 2 ran ok).
The LCD is not wobbly and no burnin marks on the screen. There are very few cosmetic scratches. The keyboard and touchpad are NOT worn out and I replaced all the rubber feet a few months ago. I still get a little over 2 hours battery life.
