FS: Blue UV 500w Ultra X-Connect PSU

I have a brand new blue uv 500w ultra x-connect psu for sale. It is brand new still sealed with the plastic wrapping around the box. I will sell it for $110+shipping.

Actually this is 100% false. Ultra is NOT rebranded powmax. Check ultra's forums or call their customer service. Also their are a number of websites who have taken these apart and proven they are not rebranded.

Edit: I'd also like to question whether or not the person who posted that actually tested any of the PSU's he listed or if he's just talking from his a$$. There are some positive do's and don'ts that everyone knows about. But I've yet to seen any negative reviews or any legitament posts about how ULTRA psu's have ruined there pc or failed.

I could go on but I'm just pissed that Ultra PSU's are getting a bad name so I'm just going to stop.
 
riptid3, I am selling the blue uv version found here: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=876415&CatId=1079 So it's 119.99 there and I'm selling it for $110, so this is actually cheaper not more expensive.

As for the powmax thing. It is not a rebranded powmax there are people who have verified this. And their are many good reviews of this psu, so I would appreciate if people could not crap my thread bashing the psu I'm selling.

I disagree with that list of unrecommended power supplies. I had a KingWin 450w that performed great. Last week I replaced it with an Orange UV Ultra Xconnect. No problems with either one of them. Yes, the Ultra Xconnect power supplies are rebranded PowMax. ;) THIS is the one I have. As you can see, it is a PowMax.

Ultras PSU owns. They are super cheap as well. Whoever made the list is talking out of their a**

it isn't powmax. Ultra has a manufacturer that makes the psus for ultra. Powmax buys the ultra psus and sells them. Notice that the powmax say ultra on them. The psus are made for ultra.
