Hi All,
I've decided to consolidate my homeserver into my virtualized main pc.

The ECS X79R-AX is one of the most full-featured X79 motherboards in existence. I purchased it Brand New about six months ago and have run it as my unRAID server for the last four months. I have the box and all accessories and am the original owner. The motherboard has also been updated to the latest bios and is able to run IVB-E and SB-E Xeon models.

Dang, the amount of SATA ports on that board gives my EVGA X79 FTW a run for its money. GLWS. :)
 
this is a great setup for $350 you get top of the line x99 performance in multithreaded applications....

I have 2 of these setups (1 as my gaming and video editing rig and 1 as my plex server) both run great and ECC RAM is dirt cheap for ever 128gb :D
