Short story here: bought this for my TR3 3960X system. Unboxed, added TIM and installed, then tried to install my DIMMs and with their big honking' RGB doodads they didn't fit. I needed to get the system running asap so I got a Corsair AIO at a local PC shop and simply removed the be quiet, cleaned off the TIM, and put it back in its box.... and kind of forgot about it 
So... it's damn close to new.... don't think it was installed for more than ~5-10 minutes, and it certainly has not been powered on. Includes every last component that came with it, all in original packaging. Spent $90 + tax for it; hoping to recoup a solid dinner for my wife and I. I strongly prefer local exchange in the SF Bay Area but I'm open to shipping.
Not sure if this is Threadripper only or works with other CPU platforms...
