Blue anodized aluminum. 80mm fan mounted to it. A little better than stock AMD, but much, much quieter. The contact surface has been lapped with fine sandpaper as well. Brought my temps down 2-3 degrees from stock cooling.

asus a7n8x deluxe is a good board for getting it done. nice bios and very easy to use... lots of room around the socket as well.

the mobo and proc is very tempting, but i have to wait 'till i get my next pay check :(

i will do that, i always need more folding boxen. although i think i might be limited for a while since i live with my parents and my dad got mad when i said i wanted to turn my old laptop into a folding boxen :(

$40 + stick shipped. CAse is the Lian-Li PC-70 with some mods done to it (blowholes, modded front grille, etc.). Here is a review of the case: http://www.hwextreme.com/reviews/cases/lian-li_pc70/. To my knowledge the case is not being made anymore.

Case is a little larger than I like to keep around;)
$40+the stick of 512 2700 (from your end) isnt really going to be enough.

I'll look around and see what I've got. I know i've got a couple decent HSF's.

Heres the nicer of my 2 HSF's. Its a bit dusty, but it works fine. Might would want to shoot it with some air. Brushless motor. Just came off my PC yesterday.

I'll do $125 + the HSF for the 2 sticks of ram

Honestly I dont remember, but i remember it wasnt cheap ~$30

If you're not interested, I'll offer $130 straight up for the rams.
