CPU is in retail box with heatsink. I had this processor on a Asus M4a79XTD-EVO and it unlocked all 4 cores and was stable on 2 hrs of Prime 95. I did not try to overclock at all.

In all retail packaging. Has manual, driver cd, door hanger and valid, unused code for Dirt 2 game download. I did not change voltages, clock speeds or anything on this card.
