It's an Evga card and is currently set to 616|961 with a 1500shader clock. It has the stock HSF installed. I can set any speed you want for the card. If you desire to clock high you'll need something like a Thermalright HR 03 Plus or water cooling. The card is capable of up to 660|2040 with quality cooling.

I am after 350usd and will eat the shipping myself.
