Buffalo LinkStation Pro 500GB NAS. I still have the original box for this, it comes with the device itself and a power cable. It contains a 7200RPM SATA drive, and also has a few USB ports on the back for expansion. Connects to your network at 10/100/1000 speeds. I've used this for the past year to stream all of my ISOs to my XBMC. Now that I have a patriot box office, I no longer need it.
