It says Promo Code not Gift Certificate...that's why I wrote that.

this may be legal (as far as the [H] rules go) ... i received the same thing through e-mail. The deal was that by ordering $300+ during August in the Software section of Amazon.com they would provide you with a $50 off "promotional code" but really its just a free $50 at Amazon ... i ordered a bunch of stuff for $50.37 and paid $0.37 for it ...
